Engineering Specifications

KY-AH series is engineered to transport high-concentration, highly abrasive slurries in mining processing plants. Features replaceable wear-resistant metal liners (A05, A07, A49) or molded elastomer liners (R55). Equipped with heavy-duty bearing cartridges and three sealing configurations (Packing, Expeller Dynamic, or Single/Double Mechanical Seal).

Engineering Specifications

KY-G/GH series gravel pumps feature single clamp-band casing connections permitting 360-degree discharge orientation. The large internal spherical passage allows gravel, river rocks, and large aggregate slurries to pass without choking standard impellers.

Engineering Specifications

Equipped with a bottom agitator cutter to fluidize settled mine tailings, thick silt, and sand deposits before ingestion. Motor chamber incorporates double mechanical seals, moisture sensors, and thermal overloads (IP68 rating). Excavator-mounted hydraulic drive configurations available upon request.
